National Award - Highest Patient Satisfaction - 2002

For immediate release: Herald Times April 10, 2003 Dr. Berck's Office Wins National Recognition The eyecare staff at Dr. Ruthann Berck & Associates were
surprised by a call from LensCrafters international headquarters.
According to independent survey figures, Dr. Berck's optometric practice
achieved the highest overall patient satisfaction ratings in the nation
for 2002, among subleased doctors associated with LensCrafters. That's
more than 700 offices across the country. |

The Patient Satisfaction scores cover eye doctor and technician services, including exam quality, helpful and courteous behavior, competence, and overall patient care. "Dr. Savio and I work closely with our techs to provide personal, comprehensive eyecare," Dr. Berck said. "I am delighted to have their efforts recognized. My office manager, Lisa, is making a real difference in coordinating service delivery." The award was presented at the LensCrafters 20th anniversary annual meeting in Cincinnati, Ohio last week. Dr. Berck has practiced family
optometry and contact lenses in her College Mall location since 1989. |
